Maintenance Contract Expiry Policy

You will be invoiced annually on the anniversary of the date you took out your maintenance contract. If you wish to cancel your contract you must tell us within 28 days of the invoice date. If you fail to cancel your contract within 28 days then you must pay the invoice in full. If you take advantage of the services provided in the contract then you will also be required to pay the invoice in full.

Domain Registration Expiry Policy

You will be invoiced annually for your domain. If you no longer wish to keep the domain, or you wish to transfer it, then you must tell us within 28 days after the invoice date. If you fail to tell us within 28 days then you must pay the invoice in full. If at any point you take advantage of our domain management service in any way then you will be required to pay the invoice in full. We will not allow the domain to expire while we are managing it. If you do not renew your domain however, and the domain expires, then you have up to 90 days to renew before it is released and becomes available for anyone else to register.
